北疆饭店的发展历程
11983年成功创办第一家北疆饭店，位于新疆塔城党校对面拥有4张台面
出于对美食的热爱，人生当中第一家北疆饭店开业!开业之初还是从父母那里借了沉甸甸的200元，既然开的是饭店少不了买菜，家里的积蓄全部都拿出来了，又向朋友借了40元钱用于买菜，还记得当时的4张桌子还是从家里搬出来的，虽然当时很不容易，但是还是难以掩饰心中的激动，热情周到的服务加上美味的菜肴，并受到当地市民良好的口碑，正是应为这些才有了做大做强的想法。
2北疆饭店第二家位于新疆省塔城市党校对面，拥有6-8桌
由于想要扩大营业，第二家还是继续开在塔城市党校对面，加之对菜肴方面如新疆的薄皮包子、拌面等小吃再做创新，备受顾客喜爱，引来了良好的效应。
3第三家坐落在新疆省塔城市新华市场
41985年承包塔城市客运公司拥有18张桌(新城饭店)
1985年秉承客运公司的饭店，并且做了彩色的广告，同时在电视台也做了推广，让更多的人知道我们，了解我们，最终得到大家的认可及好评。
51986年秉承建筑公司原为西域饭店，后改名为北疆，拥有16张台
继1986年又参加建筑公司的对外招标活动，当时共有4家竞争，我们顺利争取到这次机会，但是主要以推广小吃，就一个包子一个品种，在当时一天要卖到1000个以上，还承包各类酒席，从那个时候起客流量就非常大，基本上比较好的日子都要提前半年预定。记得那年在已经接了18桌的情况下，有个朋友没有通知我们，需要20桌，但是他把请束已经发下去了，只能是想办法把附近的会议室及居民宅包下来，本来只能坐满16桌，就在那天就开了43桌。
61989年承包162团宾馆饭店，后改名为北疆饭店
由于同年对苏联开放，大量的俄罗斯人以及穆斯林人涌入塔城，他们来这里用过餐以后都给予非常好的评价，住在其他地方，还是从很远的地方赶了过来。
71994年承包翰雲宾馆，后改名为北疆饭店
81995年口福快餐城开业
口福快餐城的开业相比较来说是非常成功的，品种比较齐全有砂锅类、煲仔类、铁饭类、油炸类等各种食品，当时的餐饮业客人排队的饭店是没有的。只有我们那时做到了，在整个塔城排队吃饭时第一家，而且还是先买票，后凭票吃饭。比较难得的是市领导也排队，看到那些脸上挂着满意的笑容，对自己也是一种鼓舞，起初每天营收只有600-800元，渐渐地直到后来每天营收能达到5000-6000这样，我们这样的经营模式被模仿又开了十几家。
91997年来苏州考察，北疆饭店在苏州十全街1998年开业直到2005年搬迁至干将路(北疆饭店现在的总部)
1997年来苏州考察过后，1998年初在苏州十全街开了属于苏州的第一家北疆饭店，刚开始还是不太好运营，因为苏州人夏季不喜欢吃牛羊肉，经过我们多番推广，耐心地去给顾客讲解夏天吃牛羊肉带来的好处，渐渐地人们由开始的接受到后来爱上这种口味，我们只花了半年的时间，来吃饭的人越来越多，没有位置，顾客们干脆就自然地排起队来，一次在排队中一对老夫妻排了长达2小时的队，让我深为感动，与其聊天当中得知他们是年轻时去到新疆支持边疆建设人员。非常怀念当初年轻时在新疆的那种生活，后来得知苏州有新疆饭店，特地赶了过来，这里就是他们要的那个味儿，来到这里让他们联想更多是在新彊时的艰辛、快乐以及建设兵团之精神。
2005年从十全街搬迁至干将东路，成为现在的北疆总部，为了买新皇宫作为北疆饭店新址，贷款3000万，在此流动资金比较困难的时期、为了能及时结算供货商的货款，毅然决定把住宅卖掉，及时付款的信誉，在苏州商界得到一致好评。
这是一个飞跃性的转变，营业总面积为5000平方，停车场能同时容纳50辆，层数为1-6层，一楼是散客厅:是居家小聚的最好场所，餐位约30个。二楼为豪华的宴会厅:同时能容纳餐位约40个，是接待喜宴、婚宴大型聚会的最佳场所。3-6楼的豪华各异的包厢是商业人士商谈的最佳场所，在当时的市区餐饮业起到了龙头带领作用，业成为了餐饮行业理事单位，得到国外穆斯林友人以及苏州市民的认可。
102002年在苏州的新加坡工业园开了分店(营业5年)
2002年又一家北疆饭店在园区顺利开业，园区的外宾是较多的，很快得到外宾以及穆斯林友人的认可，加上我们一直在苏州良好的口碑影响一直给人的印象都非常好，与此同时2006年6月在十全街应邀参加苏州世界遗产大会，只有我们北疆饭店是市政府邀请的唯--家涉外餐饮业，在此期间我们的烤全羊荣获特等奖，留下好评并颁发奖牌。
112008年在园区苏惠路左岸商业街又一家北疆饭店顺利开业
现在的园区店开业于2008年奥运之年，开业至今4年以来，通过我们的不断努力，在园区一带已形成一个规模较大的特色餐饮业，园区的一些外资企业是较多的，如韩资、日资、德资、美资企业等，每一年的商谈用餐以及年度晚宴都设立于此，已建立属于我们重视而又稳定的顾客，在此我们继续努力发展我们更好的明天!
